The pay is good for the industry.

Cons

Insane micromanagement. Routinely having employees do things outside of their job description. Everytime we have a V.I.P. in the building management has engineers picking up trash and waxing the floor. I am routinely doing "busy work" to maintain the appearance of productivity. Asked to routinely make presentations with no guidance.

Lack of growth opportunities, work not rewarding, menial tasks, certain favorites get acknowledgement/recognition, absolutely do not care about regulatory compliance (City, County, State, and Federal laws),

They pay is good to make up for how much everything else sucks

Cons

Literally everything No work-life balance, micro management, culture uses fear and putting people down to drive productivity instead of positive reinforcement, huge divide between Taiwanese assignees and US hires, I can keep going. TLDR hated it there
