      Pay is nice, Equipment Engineer I at $85k/yr

      Cons

      Long work hours, no support from supervisors, multiple language barriers, and discrimination (if you're not Taiwanese, you will be yelled at/berated for the little things)

      Wonderful company, but being a peon sucks everywhere

      Pros

      Company has great ideals, and lives up to their stated corporate values. They're progressive, and constantly innovating and improving.

      Cons

      Like any huge company, there's some degree of unthinking bureaucracy. And let's be honest, being at the bottom of the ladder just plain sucks, everywhere. Engineers and managers have it a lot better.
