      Pros

      Much potential to learn new technologies Large, financially stable company. Decent benefits, average compensation package. Colleagues are very smart and hard working.

      Cons

      Micromanagement and excessive reporting is common. The hours are long and unlawful. Some management and HR do not tell you the whole truth. False promises and half-truths are common. Strict access to phones, email and websites. Continuous threats of termination and loss of annual bonus for infractions. Taiwan-influenced work culture.

      1. A huge company cherishing integrity and commitment 2. CEO, Morris Chang got both ambition and vision 3. The salary is not bad 4. Can learn new knowledge and skills from work

      Cons

      1. Hard to be promoted to management level because there are too many senior people 2. Too many cliche rules, process, and paperwork 3. Long Working hours in general 4. Annual performance review process is not transparent enough
