      1> Managers are mostly ignorant, but treated like God 2> No opportunity of knowledge growth 3> No industry like culture, it's much like academics, a bunch of people just following their manager's directions (as if Professor) for money (as if grade)

      1. a lot of opportunities to learn the-state-of-art technologies through the daily operation and training. 2. get the first bucket of gold.

      Pros

      - Big company, with high diversity. To meet different people is interesting. One can grow very fast by learning other colleague's advantage. - Form action plan for issue and assign due date for sponsor, very effective management culture.

      Cons

      - Environment was too complex (too much things to know) where managers often had no time/patience to listen details. First thing they do ask is how much "benefit" ? - managers are always right. - Growing from a big company to even bigger company. Promotion is not easy. - Delay 1/2 bonus delivery until mid next year ( new employee: 1st 3 months in company are considered as probation, no bonus ).
