Pros
It's hard to find a job for a fresh graduated person with that salary like tsmc. You can talk to people not just you manager and colleagues, but also the vendors.
Cons
Works in tsmc is just like works in other big company. Although a equipment engineer, especially junior level, is hardly to contact any political issue, but the rules fill into every corner in your life. Good and bad. If you would like to have job with more individuality, not here. People here are afraid of making mistake, so they try less than they wish.
