      The Operation Business is not as aggressive as what I thought.

      Pros

      Better salary, just better than the other poor low salary in Taiwan. Make everything works when decision made. Convenient facility for basic living, ex: bank, insurance, department store, travel agency, held in specific weekdays.

      Cons

      Bad training schedule, not that appropriate for present working. Always wasting time and resource on projects which is not that organized. People inside is not off on time, almost not. Job responsibility is not well disclosure.

      Clear goals,work with smart persons and higher wages.Many opportunities to experience IC manufacture art from design to chip ,up-to-date process,methodology and technology with high volumn production.

      Cons

      Everyone 's time is 24 hrs a day. Time and energy is limited but still need to generate your good result in time.Not easy to have good balance among work,family,health and future.
