      Pros

      TSMC is a great company to work for. It is well positioned in its industry and it attracts excellent talent in its fields. People here are smart and hard working, focus on delivering best quality of work.

      Cons

      Work is stressful and hours long. Still a Taiwanese culture dominated company. Less flexibility and open communication. Mostly by top down decisions.
