Pros

The only thing they did right was pay well. But even then it was in attempt to offset the treatment and scummy work environment I will proceed to discuss.

Cons

Toxic work culture:If you bring up any issues or concerns they will look for a way to force you out of the company. Lie if need be. Be careful. Expectations vs. Reality:promised world class training yet was told to train ourselves, lack of resources Poor management Shady business practices (why they are currently in multiple law suits) such as try to force employees to give up their FEIE tax credit to funnel it back into the company Safety is not a priority for them Transparency is another issue.

Pros

Good prospect of business in future 5 years

Cons

1. Toxic workplace. Group bullying. Management team lack of integrity. 2. Beware of any compensation they said. TSMC’s management tend to be cheating and dishonest about total package especially the bonus. My salary was 17% less than what they suggested during job offering. My annual performance was meeting expectations (S) and the company’s revenue has been growing more than 34% in 2024 with 56% of profit margin. However, the bonus I received have never met what they said. 3. Rely on informal communications. Lack of open dialogue. If you don’t speak mandarin, highly likely you will be isolated in any critical discussions. 4. Flattering to the management is the single most important skill instead of presenting any professional, 5. Horrible senior management team. They’re never transparent and always have hidden agenda. Always hypocritical in any critical discussions.
