Some mid level enginner (job level 32) have 100% of work time on it. All senior (job level 33) have 100% work time on it, even need to have over time.) No credit with maintaining well on systems. You could receive the worst performance evaluation result even you take barely all of the non presentation (or ppt making) time maintaining the systems and resolve all the problems wihin couple hours. Does not have time to develop.
