We hear you with the "on-call" — but like you mentioned, some jobs it simply comes with the territory. However, if you ever find yourself in a pattern of never being able to draw a clear distinction between your work and personal life, please have a conversation with your manager — being on-call should never interfere or inhibit any part of our employees' lives.
