- Very disorganized company with multiple re-orgs per year. The company has been around 30+ years but they still can't decide their main goals, or if they do, they change them yearly. This creates a lot of turmoil with the constant restructuring. - There are too many single points of failure. There are so many custom processes and applications that were created by a few people (or sometimes one person) that were never documented that the company depends on for daily business. It's never a problem until it is... - Miniscule Merit increases (actual Raises are non-existent) and no yearly bonus. There is always the same excuse...it's not in the budget. This causes high turnover with employees. - Company does not backfill positions when employees leave but expects the same performance from remaining employees when they're duties double because of this.
