I joined TTEC three months ago as a fresher, and my experience has been positive so far. The company provides a structured environment for learning, and the onboarding process was well organized. Team members and supervisors are supportive, which helps freshers settle into their roles. While there is a learning curve in the beginning, it is a good place to gain experience and develop professional skills early in one’s career.

Cons

Role responsibilities become clear gradually, so patience and continuous learning are important in the early months.
