      Pros

      Flexible scheduling Decent PTO accruing Good choice of benefits plans The job is really easy once you get the hang of it.

      Cons

      Salaries have not changed in several years and are no longer competitive in the marketplace. The training and nesting groups do not have the correct people in the positions.

      It has been great my experience, this is because you can grow personally and occupationally. My managers are excellent on what they do, they always are very helpful with all of us. You learn a lot every day.

      Actually i don´t have this kind of things, at least my experience has been really good. I hope this good things will keep it up like now.

      The Growth opportunities are amazing anyone with a High school Diploma can move up very quickly and even make a carrier out of it. I would recommended to everyone who wishes to have a growth opportunities. The Job enviroment is ausome , you dont need to come dress up with a tie or dressing shoes. You can be yourself. Is whats important at the End for a Job well done..

      The Interview Process can be a bit time taking. But once you’re in there is nothing that can stop you but yourself to grow TeleTech®
