Pros

Salary wise, They pay thirty percent additional for night differential which is way high compared to other call centers, they provide sleeping areas, they provide learning tools for each employees, A+ also for benefits and perks provided by the company.

Cons

They seldom offer day-shift schedules and very strict with punctuality, you should always be there on time and doesn't tolerate employees who over breaks. Absenteeism is a no-no

-Working environment is a definitive pro, there's room to grow and work, including between different teams in the structure -Benefits are good -Hard work is appreciated
