      none there are really no positive things i can say

      Cons

      little or no information about job upon being hired, vacation is not a given after certain time, it is accrued pay period by pay period, micro management is the norm, get used to being told at the last minute on friday that you are working the weekend, pay is absolutely horrible unless you consider 1% pay raises good. and no double time ever not even on seventh consecutive day. no room for improvement you will never move up unless someone quits or dies. constantly being made to do things outside of job scope the having to make up regular duties on weekends. high turn around especially in maint.

      The employees you work with.

      Cons

      Mandatory work days, they tell you that you have every other Friday off, then make it mandatory. No room for growth unless your are related to, married to, or friends with upper management. Men make more then the women in the same areas. Intimidation seems to be the normal. Very cliche among upper management. Special trips , secret benefits .

      I can honestly say that our leadership team across the organization truly cares about their employees. Benefits are ok and there are some opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      With the rapid growth of the organization over the past year, there are opportunities to improve efficiencies. As with any change, there are bumps in the road. TTM acquired VIA Systems last June, so as time goes on, the organization should see a lot of benefits as the two companies capitalize on each others strengths.
