Favoritism, some bad management, shift structure change often. Sucks they got rid of weekend shifts. Poor annually raise.

Work is very hands on and provides a lot of opportunities to learn. Cross-training is encouraged which helps grow your technical knowledge.

Cons

Leadership is truly awful. Upper management are bullies. There is a lot of enabling of blatant sexism and racism. Work environment is just very toxic in general.
