The best reasons to work at TTM are the opportunities for growth and career advancement across the company, the direct line of communication to the CEO and other executives, the daily challenges that prevent one from becoming bored, the safe work environment (especially during the COVID-19 pandemic), and the steady business/job security.

Cons

Cons

Management has a listening problem and don't seem to really know what the areas on the floor do, favor people who have worked longer over people who work harder/better.
