Pros

Coworkers and management are enjoyable and easy to get along with. The work hours come with a bit of flexibility for the most part. There are occasionally employee lunches and snacks provided, which is always a great thing. Growth opportunities are common if you are willing to relocate, but are limited otherwise.

Cons

Some accounting deadlines require extra work hours. This isn't unique to TTM though.

I work in the SSC department and enjoy working here. I have awesome managers. They have a comfortable work environment and I have never felt an ounce of judgement and harsh criticism

Cons

The parking lot sucks. There also needs to be more security.

There is a chance you get to work at home every other Friday, though slim

Cons

Even as a Salaried employee, Managers ask you to stay extended hours even if you are doing a good job completing all your tasks. No work-life balance
