Pros

TTM is a big company and continued growth is likely as technology advances, so working at TTM provides good job security for the future. There is ample room for career growth if you are willing to put in the effort. TTM may be big, but it operates in a lot of smaller, even rural locations so cost of living, housing, and rent around many facilities is lower than say, San Francisco or NYC. The culture of TTM is fairly relaxed and friendly.

Cons

Compensation and benefits may lag a bit behind alternative employment options. Due to continued growth through acquisitions, decentralization across business units and locations causes some confusion.

Mediocre entry point into the industry, poor long term company. (Locally speaking)

Pros

Ample overtime, people are great, and it feels like the products we work on can make a real difference in the nation. Many positions available to provide entry points into the industry.

Cons

Upper management does not feel that their employees are assets, and treat them thusly. Many positions/departments are best described as a 'revolving door' due to many positions being over worked, understaffed, and compensation/wages being significantly below industry standards in the area.

Campus needs new upper managment.

Pros

The people I work with, for now. Most everyone is looking for new employment.

Cons

Bad upper management, middle management does the best they can to shield workers from upper. Lack of care due to upper management has caused employees that are not shielded to not care about their jobs causing a domino effect of bad product.
