      Pros

      The people are great at TTM, visited most sites and everyone is respectful, knowledgeable, & friendly. Shared best practices across sites & roles. Great opportunity for growth. Program for engineers to travel to other sites for shared best practices. Willing to pay for their employees to learn, grow, & a be involved in industry events (committees)

      Pay range is very low, not competitive.

      Pros

      Big company. Secure. Won’t go out of business as long as they slave the staff into giving up their personal lives at minimum wage to survive. That is how this company makes money.

      Cons

      Be prepared to live to work. No work life balance unless you are in the offices. 12 hrs six days a week. Sweat shop. I hate being a manager here. Forced to make people slave over the place.
