Benefits, Flexibility, Total Rewards. Recently acquired, TTM spent a great deal of time understanding benefits of Anaren and making move to help ease integration. Allowed employees to trial a 9/80 work schedule which provides great work/life balance and flexibility.

Cons

PTO, but With Flexible Work Schedule OK. Should review competitiveness of 401K match.

Pros

Benefits are good, such as on sight clinic and exercise room. Vision, Dental, and Medical Insurance are fair price. There is a steady workflow throughout the plant. Positive reinforcements, great team spirit. We have Helping Hands, Wellness Committee, Just Fun Team, and several others. Good work home balance when there is no overtime required. Safety is very important here.

Cons

Mandatory Overtime gets extensive at times.
