      Pros

      I enjoy working for TTM. I have been given opportunities to grow and feel I am challenged on a daily basis. I see great potential for ongoing development and career growth.

      Cons

      Health benefits should be evaluated to consider the needs of all employee's regardless of income. High deductibles can be a challenge for manufacturing employees.

      Benefits were average, good potential for growth, large diversity of production jobs.

      Cons

      Excessive amount of micromanaging, management constantly pushes for production numbers then questions why quality is so low, pay isn't competitive with the area.

      Pros

      Position allows students to enroll in college and to work at weekend hours. Very good hourly pay and the work that is done is interesting and useful if understood properly.

      Cons

      Entire process flow not explained well, you don't quite understand the importance of your role because your contributions feel very mundane. Long 12 hour days.
