      Pros

      Great operators. Really try their best to learn and put out great quality product. Benefits (Dental, vision and medical). Floating Holidays (2). PTO. As of recent the company is trying to change and I think its headed to the right path for the new hires.

      Low pay, below average. Career advancement. Lack of acknowledgement

      Pros

      Very receptive and welcoming to new hires. Great colleagues. Great support within the engineering team. Intern program is enriching and allows for a great deal of autonomy, and equips you for the workforce. Great team spirit, lots of events for health&wellness, regular meetings going over facility goals, shortcomings, and achievements. Benefits are great.

      Cons

      Workload can get very immense, pushing you past a 40 hour work week regularly. Large influx of projects to work on require putting other projects on the back burner regularly.
