      Pros

      I have worked at TTM NJ for over 4 years. They provide a safe and clean environment to work in. Their benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, and 8 major holidays off with pay plus two additional bonus floating days. They also provide opportunities for quarterly bonuses and paid overtime at time and a half. The management staff is very knowledgeable and professional. HR is onsite to help with any issues.

      Pros

      Co-workers make it feel like a family. Facility is completely updated and there is a focus on even more site improvements. Onsite exercise room free to employees. Currently renovating a training center for employee use. Monthly employee events lead by committees (i.e. MarioKart tournament at lunch, pot lucks, off-site family day, annual Christmas party). Managers genuinely care about their employees and are knowledgeable about the product. 401K is pretty good. 3 weeks PTO within 1st year.

      Cons

      Annual raises leave something to be desired (Usually only a 1-2% increase annually). Medical benefits are not great. Employee morale is weak in some departments (although much better than it was in the past). PCB industry isn't for everyone.
