      Opportunity to do challenging work with passionate people. Good place to start a career for someone who doesn’t want to go to college-lots if opportunity to learn if you are willing.

      Cons

      Benefits and pay are subpar for the market. Can be tough to advance in professional ranks unless willing to move .

      TTM is a great place to work for because it's hard to find companies still doing what TTM does for their employees. - Bonuses are offered quarterly - Overtime is available regularly - Health benefits are great - 401K matching up to 5%

      Cons

      The one con that has always been a struggle, just because there are other business around TTM, is the parking that is available.
