Plenty of opportunities to learn about the PCB manufacturing process and more. They encourage it. Huge effort to connect and listen to employees.

Cons

As a production operator the learning process can sometimes be confusing due to not every team member using the same process to complete a job; however the core rules remain the same so be open to following the instructions your trainer gives you, and then deciding if you want to incorporate the differences you might encounter along the way. This might not be a problem anymore.
