Great technology Good products Excellent, dedicated work force Financially strong and should continue to be so in the near future

Cons

Continue to close factories in the United States TTM is much more interested in expanding China operations, which is leaving the US employees in limbo

Corporate/Division Operations team great to work with. Division level group works well as a team. Customer service is a priority.

Cons

Sales group not so great to work with. No career path. No training available. Favoritism is rewarded. Benefits below market.

It was one of the best facilities to work in. it is null and void now because of closure of facility.

Cons

there really isn't much. sometimes, II wished they had put out more formal skills training (state / national recognized certs) that can be used elsewhere.
