      i have meet a few nice people, but otherwise there is little to no pros

      Cons

      management is poor and believes if your running around you are doing a good job (no appreciation, respect for taking the time and effort to make something of quality), no proper training, people are racists/overall mean, you get the point....

      The employees you work with.

      Cons

      Mandatory work days, they tell you that you have every other Friday off, then make it mandatory. No room for growth unless your are related to, married to, or friends with upper management. Men make more then the women in the same areas. Intimidation seems to be the normal. Very cliche among upper management. Special trips , secret benefits .
