Pros

there used to be pro's but not anymore. Ten years ago this was a great company that respected it's employees. can't think of anything positive to say about this company now.

Cons

They are more concerned with giving upper management big bonuses that paying people what they deserve. this has turned into a greedy company always yelling at people. I would avoid this company at all costs. Like Multek- their business with dwindle within a few years. Even customer's don't like working with them anymore.

TTM Technologies Response

Thank you for taking the time to review TTM Technologies, we’re sorry that you had a negative experience. With our recent acquisition of Viasystems, the company has gone through some necessary changes. We understand that the changes have been uncomfortable for some, however the outcome of the merger has made us a stronger and more productive TTM.

With each acquisition it gets worse...

Pros

Employees are friendly though disheartened by overall treatment by supervisors, management, owners

Cons

Employee turnover/lack of retention due to low starting wage-coompensation, no "merit" increases, no advancement. Benefit package cost increased, substantial cut to employee time off (vacation, sick leave), seems to be a 2 tier company - the haves (mgmt) and the have nots (hourly employees). Not an employee oriented company at all. They've become more of a disappointment with each new owner. Most manufacturing departments have mandatory overtime especially around the holidays, then pay employees regular hourly pay instead some sort of overtime. Management at the local level all the way up to the CEO just don't get that there's a problem.
