      Stable and nice working environment but slow career progression

      Pros

      Nice people. My direct manager is willing to share and teach if you have the desire to learn. Nice office environment. I personally do not get involved into office politics, so I do not feel like having problems with it.

      Cons

      Paid is in lower end of the market. Computers and MS suite are too old... Bureaucracy is the hindrance for innovation and progression here. Career progression is slow.

      Nothing. Says minimum is 5 words, but I have nothing for this company.

      Cons

      -Extremely underpaid -Non courteous -They will not tell you what they pay (because they are not at liberty to disclose, then when you tell them a ball park figure, they will tell you they pay $15/hr and end the call immediately. They will also send you a rejection letter immediately while almost still being on the call) Just imagine that kind of culture, wow. And for them to think this is acceptable practice is worrisome. I am just curious on the kinds of people that work for such a terrible company.

      no need to wear Safety Shoes overtime,

      Cons

      Wages are minimum 20% below market standards, Deduct Approx. 50$/ Paycheck for benefits (its compulsory to take poor benefits), no room for growth, even if you stay for decade, Poor management, lots of politics Rude & Unprofessional HR/management lots of chamisal fumes in facility, reduce life expectancy no work life balance, must work 6 Days/ week Company Don't Provide Safety Shoes to all machine operator, Poor training for new & night operators Lake of PPE, such as gloves and masks, (May be Due to Corona)
