Pros
-People are friendly and inclusive -Good benefits and bonus's -Plenty of potential to grow further in the company -Pay varies depending on the department
Cons
-Management tends to be quite rude, often springing onto an issue without any evidence or anything to properly back it up -Decisions tend to be made too early or too late 90% of the time -A lot of areas need more safety put in place (harnesses for getting on top of the line, better ventilation for the massive amount of chemical exposure just in the air alone,) -Essentials can often be hard to get sometimes or just restricted (recently blue nitrile gloves are not allowed in a lot of areas because they produce 'residue' on the panels which just simply isn't the case.)
