      Working at TTM meant overworking myself to exhaustion if I wanted to make any money.

      Pros

      What we built and specialized in were incredible works of technology, military and commercial, and working with new designs every day was inspiring. Great place to get your foot in the door, maybe gain some experience to further your career somewhere else.

      Cons

      Management cycles through so quickly here, it is so hard to get an efficient production flow. People will go out of their way to hinder progress if it suits their particular customer's agenda. Management often put cutting costs over purchasing quality tools for builds. It sacrificed the overall quality and cost more in repair work over time. Also, due to the deadlines being prioritized far too late in the game, there was a lot of "loophole" or "short-cut" work being passed off.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great a lot of good people to learn from and will back you up if you pull your weight.accrual PTO system if your at work regularly you'll always have paid time off available .

      Cons

      wage raises & advancement are non-existent,management is selfish & more focused on nonsensical issues rather than getting the job done and seeing to it that you have what you need to accel, benefits are horrid,upper management likes to make decisions from thousands of miles away and then you have to make due with their stupidity. supply chain & logistics is absolute joke!
