You get a paycheck and the people you work with are cool. That's about it.

Management loves to play favorites Management doesn't recognize the hard workers and promotes a lazy work culture Management has no spine and will beat around the bush to avoid giving you answers Management promotes people who should NOT be promoted HR is useless and will only work against you VERY cheap Will rush jobs and wonders why quality is so low Poor quality products Half of our facility is held together by duct tape Big lack of communication Management is very condescending and will not listen to employees for advice Very bad workflow No room for upward movement People are afraid to stand up and say how they feel because of management Poor pay and low quality benefits Nearly non existent bonuses and raises Gossip galore
