      Pros

      Benefits, downtown location is nice. Workout facility onsite is good. Railroad retirement is nice if you stick around long enough. Unless you work for IT department, the work environment is friendly.

      Cons

      Extremely chaotic IT environment. IT is despised by most departments because IT’s leadership is poor. IT morale is extremely low because IT is run by incompetent managers and clueless consultants. People are so afraid of IT managers that they put on a show of smoke and mirrors to appease them.
