      Cheaping out across the board and pushing AI to fill in the gaps. Going about as well as you'd expect. Notice the only positive reviews are from HR or people who have just started ..........

      Pros

      Fast promos due to turnover, won't come with a raise though.

      Cons

      Same positions opened up 4+ times in a year with no repercussions for management. Weak, ineffective, and incompetent middle management is rotting this place from the inside out. I see countless POC get fired for small mistakes or denied opportunity due to "personality issues", while their white managers get away with literally not being able to do their job. It's disgusting and shameful.
