      Pros

      Some very nice genuine people within the different teams.

      Cons

      No growth potential, no pay rise potential, haphazardly managed, clicks of people who will only look after themselves and a savage blame culture between departments.

      Bad management - devaluation of skilled and experienced workforce, wages far below industry average, lack of accountability at senior management and board level leading to poor decision making and blaming workforce for failings. Lack of HR management.

      People are friendly and training was good. It was a nice working environment and enjoyed the work.

      Cons

      The salary offered for the work is lower than expected and made it difficult to stay in a position when other companies offer more.
