      Pros

      Tight knit community and great support system for introductory engineering experiences. They push you to grow and be able to take on difficult tasks but are always nearby to give a helping hand.

      Cons

      Cons are that some offices are really small and there are slow days where you will more introductory work in between submittals. Additionally, my experience was remote during COVID so I had to miss out on in-person collaboration.
