Unfortunately, TYLin seems to rush through (or skip) onboarding, and that has led to a company with a lot of new employees who are frustrated by not really know what's going on. Problems take 3-5 times longer to solve, and some people are so demoralized that they have stopped trying, caring, or being courteous. They didn't even get the tax documents correct this year. It's a real mess.

Low pay and poor benefits for the amount of work. Seems like the company is too preoccupied in acquiring other firms than building from within.
