Pros

Exciting and challenging work, with a good balance of both short and long term projects. Time passes quickly because the pace is extremely fast. 20 minutes after you finish your morning coffee... it's time for lunch. Friendly, helpful coworker help keep the frustration of the moment level in check.

Cons

Unfortunately most of the fast pace is generated internally by management waiting to the last minute to make a decision or start a complex process. Little to no formal guidance exists.

You will work on some of the biggest and most exciting projects in the world with some of the world's most top tier consultants.

Cons

TY Lin is not too quick to integrate cutting edge technologies or stay up to date with technology in general.

Excellent access to quality expertise and assistance.

Cons

Disjointed management, very limited opportunity for personal career advancement and growth. No apparent ties to personal performance and compensation, apparently very formula in that regard.
