The work environment always encourages learning. One needs to constantly reach out to new knowledge in order to move on. The co-workers are helpful and willing to share.
Cons
Could be fairly stressful to achieve work-life-balance for starters, and it needs a fair bit of time to be exposed to all aspects of a whole design process. Will be doing fragmented works at start and that could make one quite worried about the future.

Work environment is great, co-workers are very skilled, knowledgable, sharp, and friendly and always willing to help. It seems to be a priority of the company to not only hire people that are technically savy, but very personable with great personalities as well; the culture here is awesome. Projects are interesting but not overwhelming and the company is rapidly growing and expanding its disciplines.
Cons
This was my first full time job out of college. Sometimes the more senior guys are just so busy you end up feeling idle since they aren't always around to check in with.

* Positive work environment with good work life balance *Fairly diverse office racially and gender wise however could benefit from further increase. *Low stress working environment

* Submarket salary and benefits * Not flexible with remote working * sick leave is taken from vacation time which is already limited.
