      -The people are smart and working toward a common mission -Executive team is easily accessible, friendly - the CEO and CFO know a majority of the team by first name. Pretty impressive! -Good transparency to the business, which relates to our mission and makes me feel confident in our product -Benefits are insanely good -Food, and lots of it. -The parties are like no other corporate event you've been to

      Cons

      Still working on a startup mentality. Many people take pay cuts and demotions to work for Tableau. But those who have been with the company are still being paid very little comparatively. Unclear/unstructured path for career growth and development

      Pros

      Tableau was a true family, with people gladly spending their time together when not getting paid. Events were fun, people helped each other, and leadership was clear and accessible.

      Cons

      Sometimes progression was tough, but it was worth it. Then came salesforce, decimating the tableau culture and workforce.

      -Tableau as a product is amazing along with the teams and culture that nurtured & shaped the product

      Cons

      -Salesforce has completely pushed the culture that made Tableau out -Leadership sets high, stressful unobtainable goals -Leadership is numb to feedback when it comes to processes -Unclear goals and constant process changes -Stale Leadership meaning a lot of the leaders are not personable and operate as robots
