      Pros

      Excellent work environment, that was fun and energetic! Professional services was a new part of this 'start-up' -esk company. With such a small division of the company, it was easy to have your thoughts and opinions heard.

      Cons

      Although there was a willingness to hear and consider all thoughts and opinions, results were not always seen. Also, travel is a must for this position as of my last date of employment, and if they are running optimally, you will most likely travel 90%+

      Great product with huge market potential. Inspirational CEO who is on a mission and has built a great culture. Great brand

      Comp is below norm. Feast or famine sales territories/quota make it difficult to consistently make adequate earnings. Some growing pains in competitive space.
