      Pros

      Tableau has everything that a company needs to go big from an awesome product, unmatched marketing and training, sky-rocketing revenues and happy customers.

      Cons

      Tableau has a "Good to Great" culture which is good and bad so bring your A-game or be prepared to be moved out quickly. They don't hesitate to make changes to keep them number 1. The pressure is growing as so are the revenues and now stock price.

      Tableau is growing really fast. That is because the tool is so sucessful. It's cool to work on something that is so well liked by its customers. The development is small enough that everyone on it can still make big contributions.

      Cons

      No cons at this time. As Tableau grows, it will likely lose some of the culture that has, up to this point, made it great, but that hasn't happened yet.
