      Great great great great product. Great people Great attitude (Just believe in it at the core - its the same ol' same ol' at the coal face) Prospects love you, generally want to engage and have a conversation. Clients love you Partners are great At least 2 months of, Wow they really get it, life's good.

      Cons

      A real input = output Disconnect. Not necessarily master of your fate. Declining perks "Limbo" in gaining market share until Tableau reaches its final form Limited training Limited sales cycle depth These three are the crux; Focus on velocity and volume, over quality and depth. Demand for more revenue from deals. Yet being reprimanded for lower deal sizes and lower "activity"

      Pros

      Good culture, fully equipped pantry, good staff welfare..they really feed their people with month end breakfast and lunches. Nice colleagues too, you wont feel like you would be left out..

      Cons

      Leader of the office micromanages, indecisive, no outcomes when you attend his meetings. Very stifling to work for such leader. thinks himself as the king.very unreasonable. .everyone knows of his character in the office, but no one dares to say anything..

      Great learning experience great product.

      Cons

      APAC top leadership do not follow Tableau core values.This problem fall down the ladder and this puts the bulk of the responsibility on mid management. Morale is extremely low but this is a hidden factor in Singapore. Numbers are bing hit on the backs of mid management and below. Not the Tableau way.
