      Pros

      It's relatively easy to succeed at Tableau provided you complete your assigned tasks and come to work with some creative ideas for improvement as a team. The executive team, product and mission are fantastic.

      Cons

      As the company grows there are small pains with scaling systems and processes. I think there's like five different wikis - ouch - but these are relatively small gripes.

      - Unbelievable team atmosphere -Leadership is accessible and willing to help -Transparent -Tough job, but I LOVE COMING TO WORK EVERYDAY -Stocked kitchen, stopped buying breakfast and lunch -Clear future path, and leadership willing to help you get there -Can go other places and get paid more, but for a atmosphere, leadership, passion you can't put a price on that. -Company is growing, but still has that start up vibe

      - Some growing pains. As the organization grows. It does become a little stressful - Quotas a tough, but do-able

      Absolutely Amazing Employer

      Pros

      - Absolutely the smartest people I've ever met. Additionally, everyone is friendly; no big egos here. - Collaboration and innovation come first; this is not a place to just grind away time. - The company legitimately cares about its people, and works very hard to be more than "just a company" - Office space is very relaxed, a good mix of "chill" tech and down to earth. You don't stand out if you come to work in a T-shirt and shorts. And all of the office spaces I've seen, between the design, work expectations, and benefits (e.g. open, well stocked kitchens), allow for an amazing sense of freedom.

      Cons

      - Career opportunities can be a bit focused; long-term career growth can be a bit concerning. - Not as much flexibility work location wise as some other companies. - Can be difficult imagining working anywhere else
