Pay is below standard. Turnover in department is constant. Management is incompetent. There is no vision or direction. Office environments feel cheap, and make for an awful work experience. Constant noise, bright lights. After Feb 2018 this place will be a ghost town mark my words. Anyone there right now with a few years will cash out, get the bonus, and then go get a signing bonus at a new company. Free food sucks. Walk by google and they are eating steak. We got some cold turkey 365 days a year. Holiday parties are really lame now, if they even have them. Promotions are dictated by who drinks the most beer with what ever dead beat boss is around at that time. I would never work here again, EVER.

There wasn't a lot of training for non-Tableau products, which became an issue as our customers became more sophisticated. Advancement path was not always very clear and there were limited opportunities for people in tech support to move to other roles within the company. Not very many women/minorities in leadership positions.
