New managers from the outside are bringing in a non-Tableau oriented culture which is threatening the great legacy environment. Partner ecosystem is a disaster - very poorly managed - last person they brought in from outside to run the program was a flunky from the new sales leader's old organization. She didn't last very long b/c she didn't know how to work within the company's structure effectively. Sales Management is chaotic and consistently shoots from the hip. Rolls out new program ideas without having thoughtfully addressed how to operate or manage. The company doesn't have a good solid way of converting customers from the old license structure to the new subscription structure without becoming overly complicated, opaque and usually not to much benefit of the person selling the deal. The BEST employees are leaving the company given the lack of good internal leadership, movement to more of a factory-based, process focused business operation and very low pay compared to other quickly growing technology peers.

Arrival of “empire builders” and MS types had ruined the culture Management cares less and less about the people Morale is so low it is pathetic Management at all levels is clueless People still around are just fooling themselves or being lazy and not looking for jobs Pay is downright a disgrace and the stock price being stuck in a rut doesn’t help I am giving 1 Star only because glass door doesn’t allow a zero I am sure the 5 star reviews are fake HR and recruiting reviews
