      Pros

      Team leaders are ok. communication is good between the direct TL and employee.

      Cons

      The growth review process is really bad, not transparent at all. Higher management decision making is blinded and follows only for money. people don't matter. Bad atmosphere when passing in the hallways. The fully loaded kitchen doesn't worth working here.
