Pros
1) Higher management based in US are amazing especially the CEO and SVP HR. 2) You will get a lot of goodies all over the year and for Company wide events you will get vouchers worth in dollars.
Cons
1) Offers low salaries to employees. 2) India management is worst and full of politics. 3) No skill development. 4) Very less percent of increment.

Pros
You will typically get more than what your CTC is (variable pay and shift allowances). Macbook pros for everyone. Tons of leaves, you are free to take leaves whenever you need Managers are stupid so making fool of them is pretty easy Work is really easy. Nothing is challenging here. If you are smart, yo can get away with working for only 2-3 hours a day WFH is a breeze here, they will provide you everything you need and they will take full responsibility to deliver those things to your house no matter in what corner of the country you are. If something breaks, they will replace it.
Cons
Low CTC than industry standard. Managers are stupid, they do not know what and how people execute things on ground level. All they try to do is make people work and then show other's work as if they have achieved something in the eyes of higher management. There is a bit of favouritism here when it comes to appraisal. Praise the managers, tell them internal chit-chats and you will get better hike.
