      Startup vibe with absolutely no diversity

      Pros

      Passionate employees who really buy into the company culture. Some very smart and hardworking people. Fun office with good workplace perks including snacks, coffee and lunch.

      Cons

      Absolutely no diversity, and no intention to change that. Very performative in their actions and leadership is not open to feedback. Feels like an echo-chamber where likeminded people are hired to maintain the status quo. Pay is not competitive and no negotiation is available upon joining. People are really bought in to the work culture and will work late and expect you to do the same.

      Coworkers, Food, Annual Trip, Work From Home Policy, Benefits

      Cons

      Pay, Favoritism by management, gossipy, the product itself, lack of communication between publisher side and media side. Tell you you will get promoted, but they lead you on forever.

      Pros

      This company has everything that you would want in an employer. Empowered employees, great environment (especially the offices), good management and leadership, a real focus on hard technology and good pay / benefits.

      Cons

      Not a lot of downside here. The only thing I can say is that if you are looking for a place to "float", this isn't the place for you. Taboola asks people to work hard.
